Childrenite on pink quartz - Ilha da Taquaral, Minas Gerais, Brazil
 
 Up to 14 mm long brownish childrenite crystals with a good lustre on a completely crystallized quartz. The quartz is overgrown at the base with a second generation wreath of pink quartz. Contrasting aesthetic piece of this Paragenesis, especially in such an undamaged condition and size, a absolute rarity.
